These are not found in the default set:
You will gradually add several more. Although we must confess that we are using a right-click because most of the things we need are found in the contextual menus
You need to be able to set up default styles to begin design production. you'll modify these as you grow in knowledge, but you have to start somewhere.
Here are a ZIPped pair of workspaces on CS4, one for left-handed people and another for right-handed designers. They will give you a starting point. Just drag the decompressed .xml workspace files into the Workspaces folder in your InDesign CS4 preferences folder.
The path to that on a Mac is <User>/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version 7.0/en_US/Workspaces — of course, this assumes Macs, Leopard, and CS5.
<User>/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version 6.0/en_US/Workspaces — of course, this assumes Macs, Leopard, and CS4.
The path will be similar for CS3.
This is a very basic one with the important ones we have used (in our opinion). Hopefully, it will give you left-handed designers a place to start.
